That might be a little difficult, but it could be good, earning a gif of some sort in response to how well you communicate so getting one is a more personal thing, rather than just cause the computer says yes :)

but earning cuties takes forever for me i never get any and i dont wanna learn i dont spam alout once in a blue moon really and we should have two ranking pictures one for post and one for cuties !!

unfortunately spamming = not cool, and we can hardly reward people for it, that's why it can't only be based on post count. It doesn't matter how much a person posts if they aren't good posts, or if they don't contribute to the site, it's not fair to everyone else if they outrank them.
