ahh well thats what i use when im gonna put new details in hmm let me tinker with the mask tool in photoshop i can come up with an explanation on what its purpouse is ! ^_^

0_o No, actually, I don't use it for anythign like that. I use it when I want to separate a line art from a while background. QM that is.

well are you using qmn (quick mask mode ) to do your stuff when you usaly mask it makes the picture bigger sso you can go in and do deitails !!

I know Deviant Art has many well set out tutorials for learning specifics, but that's mostly in the way of drawing, not photo manip. >.<

Would someone be able to tell me what the mask tool actually does? i mean, I use it alot, but that;s just because I've been told to, I actually have no idea what it does 0_o
