Naruto

Sarima, sitting in Tsunade's office as Iruka and Naruto talked, looked at Tsunade with a worried look. "Something is wrong Tsunade. I can feel that something is going on with Naruto and Iruka." Tsunade nodded in agreement, "They're at the Ramen Shop. Let's go," Tsunade said as she disappeared in a puff of smoke followed directly by Sarima. ****** As Ocean dived into where Iruka and Naruto were sitting Sarima appeared in front of him. Casting phoenix fire jutsu then directly after it casting ice dragon jutsu, fire and ice shot out of no where shooting back at Ocean as he lunged at Naruto and Iruka.

"Hey, Iruka-sensei?" Naruto asked as he sat upon his favorite chair in the Ichiraku Ramen Shop. Iruka had promised a bowl to him if he could guess closest to the amount of people who would live after the mission in the Mist Village. Naruto guessed they all would live......of course, being Naruto, he was stupidly right. They had all returned safely, actually one didn't return at all, although the head of the team reported her to be okay, she still hadn't returned. This worried Iruka for it was Sarima that had been reported missing. Sarima was a long time friend of Iruka's, for when Sarima's father had died she secluded herself, but soon after she had realized that she wasn't the one that had needed to be consoled, but the people that lost their loved ones in the fox tragedy. That's how she happened upon Iruka, she was younger then Iruka then but incredibly wise. After she had helped those who lost their families she left and was never seen again until a couple days ago when the festival was going on. Iruka was excited when the Hokage had informed him of her return, not him personally but all of the Chunnins and Jounins, for in more ways then one he had grown quite fond of her in such the short time she was in the village. You could call her his childhood sweetheart...in his eyes that's what they were anyway.

"Iruka-sensei? Iruka-sensei! I'm talking to you! Are you listening?!" Naruto yelled as he tried to get the daydreaming Iruka to snap out of it.

Iruka shook his head and said, "I'm sorry Naruto, I was thinking about something. What were you saying?"

Yagami spun on the spot, turning to face his brother, only to see a thin smile on his face. He knew. Yagami planted his hands on his hips, 'So, this is what you were talking about during breakfast.", he asked.

When Yoteru said nothing, he continued, "You said something about a trip, and me comming with you?". His brother looked pleased, almost proud, "Yes, its about the mission ive been on for the last few days. We... we lost a few members of my cell, in a battle with the sand village and..." He looked away, over the rooftops of Konoha, out towards the dark surrounding forrest that loomed in the distance.

"You have a choice to make Yagami", he said, turning back to face him, "I need you to join my cell, and travel with me and a few others to infiltrate the sands village. I have a mission that was set out for me, and facing it without a team would be near to impossible."

Yagami was stunned, he had never heard his brother ask for help before, but he was asking for it now.

His brother motioned him to follow. They leaped off the roof, landed soundlessly on the ground below, and began to make their way through the separating crowd, heading back towards the wind's compound. His brother hadn't said a word as they walked, but seemed to be deep in thought, so Yagami didn't interrupt him. They stopped at the entrance to the house, his brother stared almost through him.

"It's your choice, but if you accept, we have to leave now. There is no time", Yoteru said softly.

Yagami heard himself say yes, before his mind even got around to thinking about it, it was that simple. He hurried inside the house, grabbing his backpack from his room and slipped some razor kunai and small round smoke bombs into the pack on his leg.

He shifted his weight, spinning around as he left the room and hooked his sword, the gift from Sesshiru, around onto his back. Running through the kitchen, he grabbed a few apples to eat for lunch and tucked them into his heavy traveling jacket.

As he walked down the front steps and out the entrance gate, he heard a whisteling noise screaming towards him. In a complete reflex reaction, he arms outwards and spun his body horizontal in mid-air. As he turned in the air, 4 feet from the ground, he saw what was coming towards him, and altered his spin, catching the ANBU mask as it sliced through the air towards him. He landed on his knees with the mask in his left hand, looking towards at his brother who was recoiling from the hard throw.

He looked up with a smirk, "You officially an ANBU member now, wear the mask whenever there are other people around. Keep it safe, and it will protect you."

His brother lifted his arms to his face, and when he took them away, he was wearing the white mask of the ANBU, the elite military force of Konoha.

Yagami slipped his on, smiling.

Um, I don't know how much I'll post in this, but if my reentry goes well I might come back with it. I'll post tomorrow and see if my reentry goes well.
