Haruhi Suzumiya: Ma?

Wow, 13+, I suppose it's just here that's weird, probably because of the big swoop on sexual assult and camera phones in the work place, both issues are very apparent in Haruhi Suzumiya XD haha. Ahwell, I'm over 15, so it doesn't effect me.

I personally love this anime, it's awesome in every respect. The first volume was just recently released for pre-order here in Aus, and I am quite shocked to see it has been rated MA (you MUST be over 15 to purchase or watch) What's it rated elsewhere? And do you agree with this rating? I know some of Haruhi's actions warrent an M rating, but MA seems a bit much, that's the same rating as the bloody remake of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre 0_o;
