Generally because Dai is the main character and presented to us as a good guy, he couldn't be labeled as the antagonist too, however, I don't think Satoshi is fully at fault either, he's more of a rival than a bad guy, and at least where I am in the manga, he can't control Krad yet. I think it's an interesting twist of convention: making light (Krad) evil while dark is good :)
