(Tsuki is mean for calling Ryushiro insane! he may be mentally unstable but his still human! o_o with shinigami eyes!)

-I stood there looking at her, comparing her size to mine and realized something, I opened my mouth still smiling. "Your short for your age, aren't you? if you don't grow soon, you will be labeled tsuki the short for the rest of your life" I crossed my hands and looked at her through my hetero eyes, the sense in her eyes was fun to look at. "I won't hurt you, but I am indeed called insane for my belief in justice and how everyone should be treated as equals.. actually I use to have a friend that believed the same.. but he moved away" I unfolded my arms and put my hands in the pockets of my jeans, sighing. "Wanna be friends?" I curled my hand as a welcoming gesture.-

-I stood up as well taking back my piece of paper and stuck it in my left jean pockets looking down at her, I had to point this out. "You are very short for a deathnote user, Tsuki Watarigarasu.." I grinned and felt something tugging at my back, it was a cold, claw-like hand, it was Talos'. "Ryu talks to much, we go back to school?" Talos was his innocent, but naive way as usual, he stopped as I glared at him abit, he nodded as he bent down abit as he began to play with his hands, keeping himself preoccupied. I put my hand on Tsuki's shoulder, frowning. "Also, Me and Talos have agreed to where I should die regardless of the incident, he will kill you also... but by a fatally slow way, and so Tam and Talos can go back to their own realm together.. so lets work together..." I smiled nodding my head abit, trying to look cheerful, but I realized I looked more psychotic then happy.

-I began to grip my pen harder as the bell rung, lunch was here. 'I wonder what suprises will be instore..' was all I was thinking as I began to walk around outside, setting on a bench.... 'I found her' was all I said while I was on the other side of the street. "Tsuki Watarigarasu I presume? or did my eyes decieve me?" I stared at her blankly with my heterchromic eyes that shook many in a cold shiver, but I simply grinned as insanely as I could--I wanted to scare her to make her feel small and puny, I wanted to crush her spirit. "Would you like to see Talos?" Was all I said as I began to walk through the road unscared, as I stepped on her side a truck passed, giving a strong blow, my dyed grey hair blowing. "I want to know where your lifespan is.. oh wait.. I already know, its because.." I pulled out a piece of crumbled paper, as I began to unfold it, it had her name on it. "I just made it end..." I smiled widely as I laughed, ripping it up. "It's not from the deathnote, sorry.. I have sinister humor.. anyway, its nice to meet you.." I handed her a piece of paper, smiling genuinely at her as I believed we both knew it was from my deathnote.-

(I see.. no deathnote rule about that.. I see, so... i'm sorry, I just thought... urgh.. this is only the second time my power o observation has failed me... also, i'm skipping a day cause i'm sure you guys dun wanna talk about how our characters still.. xD!)


-I felt a chill down my neck as I realized the window had a small crack on the bottom, I pushed it down and the air stopped coming through, apparently the wind was fiercesome outside today. "You, Mr. Kiba Ryushiro, tell me age Masamune Date was when he participated in his first battle" The teacher said loudly, pointing me out from the rest of the class as I frowned and looked at him. "Masamune participated in his first battle at age 15" I said coldly, twirling my pen with nimbleness. "Correct Mr. Kiba Ryushiro, and before his battle, he was infected with small pox in his right eye, his retainer..." I knew this already, sighing to myself.. I wished I picked a class that would give me a challenge, not a damnation to boredom. I looked up at the teacher, Talos giving the teacher bunny ears and jumping around happily as he continued his usual work of idiocy, 'for a shinigami, his awfully cheerful' was what I was thinking on that moment. I sighed as I felt something whacked against my head, a paper ball thrown at me, and I heard the assailant. "You try, the freak won't mind" I turned my head and ducked just in time for the second one to miss, though I looked someone like an idiot. "Stop this nonsense, I expected better from you Ryushiro!" the teacher barked and I frowned at him, but I smiled psychotically at the bullies. "Memento Mori" Was all I said as I began to write something on a separate piece of paper. "Remember you are mortal, remember you will... die!" was all I said to myself.-

Explanation:

Memento Mori: Translation - "Remember you are mortal, remember you will die" use to be a greek saying that separated man from the gods, where as a mortal person would die of battle, illness, or old age, while the gods lived on forever.
