Name: Shhhexci Chelli(a weak name but one that wortks none the less.)

Features:

Hair- silver like the light from the moon(oh wow that sounds bad) two bangs hand down from the sides. while the rest is placed up in a messy bun.   

 Eyes- Anentrancing blue one as blue as the deepest darkest mysterious parts of the ocean.
