Sketch Art Manga Contest, Terms and Conditions

                         SKETCH ART MANGA CONTEST


   1. These official rules apply to the "Sketch Art Manga Contest"
      only and do not apply to any other contest currently offered on
      animecutie.com. If these rules are inconsistent with the Terms and
      Conditions that appear on the animecutie.com website, these contest 
      rules will govern.

   2. HOW TO ENTER: This Contest begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Standard Time on
      October 10, 2006 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time on November
      1, 2006 ("Entry Period"). To enter mail your art work to:

      along with the following required consent form. You may submit up to
      three drawings, each as a separate entry.

   3. JUDGING: All entries will be judged by a panel of judges consisting of
      Sponsor staff members, based on the following equally weighted judging
      criteria: Originality; Creativity; and Appropriateness to Contest theme.
      In the event of a tie, the person among the tied entries with the
      highest score in Originality will be declared the winner. Winner will be
      notified by Private Message and/or Email. Winner will be notified by
      11/10/06.

   4. Sponsor retains exclusive rights to all submitted art work which includes
      but is not limited to printing and selling on clothing or other media. Sponsor 
      also retains rights to the art work itself for use on the Sponsor website, and 
      any Sponsor promotional material. Participants will retain authorship of the 
      submitted art work. The participant may display or archive the art work in a
      portfolio or personal collection, but may not sell or reproduce the art
      work for commercial purposes. In addition, the participant cannot submit
      the art work to another entity to be potentially reproduced. The art
      work must be the participant's own original work and may not have been
      previously published. The art work may not contain the trademarks, logos,
      copyrighted works or intellectual property of any third parties, or any
      material, which Sponsor in its sole discretion deems to be profane or
      offensive. Submitted art work may be reworked by professional designers
      to prepare it for use. This usually results in small color changes or
      size changes. Participants who, in the opinion of Sponsor , do not
      comply with these guidelines can at any time be excluded from the
      contest without notification of reason. Additionally, if the art work
      meets the criteria of the copyright laws of the United States,
      Sponsor may register the art work with the U.S. Copyright Office. This
      registration will list the artist as the primary copyright author with
      Sponsor being listed as the copyright claimant and owner of exclusive right(s). 
      Should this occur, a copy of the registration certificate will be forwarded to 
      the artist upon receipt.

   5. ELIGIBILITY: Open to persons who are 13 years of age or older. Void
      where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, their parents,
      affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion
      agencies and prize suppliers (collectively, "Promotion Entities") (and
      members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same
      household of each) are not eligible to enter the Contest or win a prize.

   6. PRIZES: (1) Prizes and their Approximate Retail Value ("ARV), The
      Prizes consists of the following:

      (i, First Place)   100 Points for use at animecutie.com (ARV:$75);
      (ii, Second Place) 75 Points for use at animecutie.com  (ARV $50);
      (iii, Third Place) 25 Points for use at animecutie.com  (ARV:$10);

      All other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the
      winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL TAXES AND THE REPORTING
      CONSEQUENCES THEREOF, ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

   7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Winner may forfeit prize if Sponsor is
      unable to contact him or her within 7 days of first attempted
      notification. In such event, the prize may be awarded to an alternate
      winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any element of the
      prize for an item of equal or greater value. All federal, state and
      local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the
      terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are
      final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. All entrants
      acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their
      personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at
      least as required by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical
      or other error in the printing of the offer or administration of the
      Contest.

   9. GENERAL RELEASE: ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE PROMOTION ENTITIES (A) SHALL NOT
      BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES OR INJURIES OF ANY KIND
      RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR ANY CONTEST-RELATED
      ACTIVITY, OR FROM ENTRANTS' ACCEPTANCE, RECEIPT, POSSESSION AND/OR USE OR
      MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, AND (B) HAVE NOT MADE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION
      OR GUARANTEE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WITH RESPECT TO ANY
      PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO SUCH PRIZE'S QUALITY OR FITNESS
      FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  10. NO MODIFICATION/INVALIDITY: In the event that any provision is
      determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these
      rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in
      accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were
      not contained herein.

  11. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE
      CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE
      OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN
      CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN
      ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT
      GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR
      PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS.

  14. All submitted artwork becomes the sole property of animecutie.com and
      will not be returned. animecutie.com will not provide any compensation
      to the artist for the submitted artwork.

      I have sole exclusive right to provide this artwork to animecutie.com and
      I grant animecutie.com the exclusive right to publish, use, and sell this
      artwork subject to animecutie.com's sole discretion.

  16. Parental Permission: Required for all participants under the age of 18.
