Naruto

So, I find that I really am having a hard time with the english voice actorrs that were picked for Naruto. The voice of Naruto is okay I guess but the rest need real help!I'm not a die hard it "MUST be in the original Japanese with subtitles for it to remain authentic and therefore be enjoyed" person as I realise that reading the subtitles is an aquired art and want my favorite anime to reach the masses. However, do the companies who do the voice overs not listen to the original voices at all? Don't they try to match the charaters to the voices?
