THE RELAXATION SESSION,it last for at least 10 minutes,before you start the session you need acomfortable temperature and room,stop any distactions like tv or traffic or even music ,you should half-draw the curtains to darken the room and make sure no-one disturbs you,now lie in corpse ,make sure your body is in line
head,chest,hips and ankles,feet should be few inches apart,arms line along side the body ,palms faceing the ceiling,place asmall pillow below the nape of you neck,now when your relaxed,release the tension from your muscles using what is called body scan technique.
feet:feel your toes ,insteps,ankles relax,legs:calves,knees,feel them relax,grow soft and gentle and heavy,and let the ground take your weight of your legs,now feel the base of your spine relax grow soft and gentle ,waist,tummy,sides,ribcage,upperback,feel them relax and grow soft and gentle ,shoulders ,focus on the right shoulder and move down the right arm :top,elbow,forearm,wrist relax and grow soft and gentle ,now close your eyes,now sit like that for 10 miutes,in that time focus your attention on an inanimate object,such as an candle,thats so it can stop your mind from wandering,when the times finished move every thing in you body slowly as your waking from adeep sleep,and thats it you will find all you nerves reawakened and freash.
