Oh gosh I haven't had time to blog in the last few months because school been so darn time comsuming but now I'm going to do some series bloging. Hm, let's see this last school week and this weekend are homecoming week for my school. The theme for this year's homecoming is masquerade, though the story this year has a medival theme. Masquerade = medival tournament of champions? *sigh* The student council at my school doesn't know how to maintain consistence at times. I helped with the decorations for the homecoming dance on Saturday from 8 a.m. to about 12:30-45 p.m. After calling my brother to tell him to call my dad so he could come, and pick me up from my school. I come up with the brilliant idea to walk home (distance from my highschool to my house is about 3 miles) because I didn't know when my dad would coming to get me and thought it may be faster for me to walk home. So after about an hour to an hour and five minutes later I turn on to my home block to find that not only is my dad back from the fishing trip he went on with my youngest brother but he came about 20 minutes after I started walking home. *Sigh* Man I can be stupid sometimes I walk in the cold and end up being so exhausted I can't do any of the other work I planned that day and it all could have been avoid if I had waited 20 minutes more at my high school for my dad to come and pick me up. Lesson learned: Bring a cellphone next time. If I had a cellphone would have known when my dad was coming and wouldn't have gotten the idea to walk home.
